On our first official Fall Ridge Walk, there were some who just climbed Temptation and others that went on to the South Fork to a crock pot and and hot tub. It was a fantastic day and a great route through the Chugach, our backyard.

Scott, Rob and Gretchen headed back to the Snowhawk trailhead ... it turns out, so did Ruby...
The scree gully into the Ship Creek valley; as Rob said, "It loks like sugar-coated sweetness to me" ... it was.
