The ridge between O'Malley and Hidden Peak is a seldom traveled gem ("seldom" for being in the Anchorage Bowl area). The ridge is doggie-do-able (notice the grin on Arc's face).
The North Ridge of O'Malley is another great alternative when climbing that peak (rather than the scree filled gully). Dry conditions are highly recommended.
The summit ... even in poor weather O'Malley is a great climb !
