North Fork of Ship Creek, August 22nd - 24th
A, August and I had a wet but fun weekend in the North Fork of Ship Creek. We had a larger goal than would be accomplished in the rain but just getting out there and exploring with the family was worth the effort. Notable occurrences: a close encounter with a bear, a weather balloon, military and hunter trash, and tarns in a valley a I had never been to before.
