After the Bird Ridge Race (of which I was a spectator only), I took the ridge about an hour further to Bird Ridge Overlook. A lame name for a cool peak (below)
I used the gull on the right to descend and then ascended Bidarka. From Bidarka there were tremendous views of Ship Creek and Turnagin Arm.
