For April Fool's Day Weekend, I was able to ski both days. I was not able to catch Adrienne off guard ... despite my great theatrics (or maybe because of them) she knew almost immediately that one of the dogs had NOT just gone to the bathroom in her ski boots (maybe next year). On April's Fool's Day, Tony, Brad, Shelley, Adrienne and I headed into Hatcher's Pass to for a day of ski touring. The light was pretty flat and the snow very unstable but we managed to have a great time poking around the hanging valleys above the Little Susitna
On Sunday, Brad and I had almost completely opposite conditions in Turnagin Pass: sunny weather and stable snow. We skied at the head of Granite Creek (Magnum and Superbowl) and had a great day!
