Day 6 5.29
Our last day. We got up before 2:30am in hopes of catching hard snow to and down the Raven Headwall. No such luck. We were a bit worried that the headwall might be unstable but were greeted with tracks from the Fairbanks crew that indicated otherwise. We still descended (by buttsliding) one at a time. We were able to ski (on and off) to within a mile of the parking lot. Adrienne played a huge part in making sure that the shuttle was in place - a taxi showed up at 11am to take us back to Anchorage.
