Camp 14: Ledges (12/12)
Ledges Camp was so different from any other camp we were at - camping on rock
ledges in a very tight part of the canyon on a beautiful afternoon and evening.
There were a bunch of Big Horn Sheep across from camp that constantly pushed
rocks off into the water through our stay. There was also a bit of jumping
into the river off of the ledges (from both sides) for some afternoon fun.
The moon was also very full for our night here. It was a great spot.
We ran Upset Rapid on the way here (most folks went right, I ran left). We
also played at Matkatamiba on the way here, which was one of my most favorite
side hikes of the trip.
