Camp 12: Stone Creek (12/9)
Great beach camp with a nice waterfall just minutes from the river. We showed up for lunch and decided that the sun and beach were too nice to pass up.
To get here, we ran Specter, Bedrock, and Dubendorf. We scouted Specter and Bedrock but not Dubendorf (guess which one I almost flipped in!). In Bedrock we were able to run a very nice right sneak that Todd worked out for us. In Specter, four boats ran left and two ran right. In Dubey, I ended up pulling to the center of the rapid and taking a big hit in a hole about half way down the rapid (I photoed the rapid from above to try and figure out what happened).
